A two-week minimum stay is preferred. Please inquire for the
possibility of a
one-week stay. Arrival is at 4PM or after on the
first Saturday. Departure is
at or before 10AM on the last Saturday. |

Payment Terms |
At the time of booking: A 50% deposit is due to secure the reservation. In the event of cancellation, this deposit is non-refundable unless some or all of the time is re-rented. In that case, up to 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

60 Days prior to arrival: The balance of the rental fee is due + US$1,500 as a security deposit. In the event of cancellation thereafter, the balance is non-refundable. The security deposit is refundable once breakage and telephone and heating expenses, if any, have been deducted. |
Rates Info |
Rates are per week, starting at or after 4P on Saturday and
ending at or before 10A the following or departure Saturday. The rates include electricity, water, wood for the fireplaces, cleaning daily except for Sunday, the final cleaning, and a linen change on Saturdays for multiple week rentals. |
The rates do not include telephone usage and heating fuel. These expenses will be made known and charged at the end of the rental period. |
